Mr. Jiten K Panddya is a partner of VastuEnergetics LLP. Mr. Panddya was born in Mumbai to an industrialist family. He is a graduate mechanical engineer by profession but had a keen mind in business at an early age itself. Mr. Panddya started taking care of his father’s business. The business was the manufacture, as well as the export of materials that are critical in the process of building buildings. With his keen business mind and tough spirit, he was able to make his father’s business grow into an international brand and has several international business partners. Mr. Panddya is a senior director of the Multi-national joint venture and also a certified Bio-energetician from the International Institute of Bioenergetics in Paris.

A unique feature of the principles of Vastu Shastra is called ‘Brahmasthan.’ This is the name that is given to the holiest zone in a house or an office building and is also the most powerful zone. One key concept of this ‘Brahmasthan,’ according to Vastu, is that it must be free and open to the sky and that there are not be any of the elements (water, fire, etc.) in that region for getting the maximum efficiency.
According to the strenuous research of Mr. Panddya, there is a type of special geopathic stress that emits from the center of the Brahmasthan. This stress emanates outward from all the points within this zone and can be found on the Lecher frequency of 7.10. But there was a problem when it came to this high-power zone. By the observations of Mr. Panddya’s research, it was found that the energy at the center point of this area was a staggering 4000 Bovis units, which indicated a negative energy value. This same value was observed at all the points in the walls of the Brahmasthan. Unlike the other forms of geopathic stress, it was found that the 7.1 units were found in the Brahmasthan of all properties. Mr. Panddya then draws the conclusion that the Brahmasthan must be kept vacant in all the properties and also shows that this is what the ancient Indian texts of Vastu also say. In honor of his findings, the 1.70 line on the Lecher scale is called ‘Panddya’s line,’ and the 1.80 grid is called the ‘Panddya’s grid.’
After a lot of research into this, Mr. Jiten found that this negative energy was stopped exactly at the walls of the Brahmasthan.
